For this project, my client's contractor was an hour and a half round trip from where my client wanted to build a wall.  The contractor billed out at $100 an hour, so my client would have spent $350 to have the contractor come out, inspect the site, and make a proposal.  Instead, I took some photos, altered them, and posted them on the web.  One and one half hours (at $65/hr.), the contractor had the information he needed, and my client's proposal cost him less than $100, saving him more than $250.

Contractor:  The notes in the aerial view show where I was standing when I took the picture referenced.  The chain link fence goes in about halfway along the north side of neighbor's property, so I'm thinking 65 feet there.  The 85' block wall running north south to the easement changes from grade level (at corner) to probably 5' back to 18".
