Sierra Madre City Council
Meeting
Monday, Feb. 12, 2001
At the City Council meeting, SMPD officers Corporal Ruben Enriquez was recognized on his promotion to Sergeant and Sgt. Steve Abernethy was recognized for having been promoted to Lieutenant. Also honored was who was promoted to but was unable to attend due to having become a new father the previous morning.
Also honored were members
of the SMFD who were recognized for having completed an emergency prepared
course.
Also recognized for contributions
to the community was Ann Luke, who was recognized for having served as
president of the Chamber of Commerce for the last year. Click on
