Long time Sierra Madre Resident Emily Duggan was awarded the Pacesetter Platinum Award. \u00a0This awarded to Sales Agents who are on track for the for the coveted year-end CENTURION\u00ae award at 6 months. \u00a0These producers must have a minimum of 28 closed sales or $3,750,000 in sales volume.<\/p>\n

Emily offers her clients the talents of a smart and savvy realtor who knows the foothill areas thoroughly. For both buyers and sellers, Emily also puts her experience and contacts to work. Contractors, handymen, painters, decorators and landscapers, Emily has all their names and numbers.<\/p>\n
