On 04-28-2011, at approximately 1740 hours, a passerby discovered the victim lying on the side of the road. Deputies from Temple Sheriff’s Station were notified and responded to the location.\u00a0 The victim, who was suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper body, was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.<\/p>\n
Detectives are currently searching for the victim’s vehicle in connection with the investigation. The vehicle is a Silver, 1993 BMW 740, 4-door, California license plate 3XKB366.
