Temple St. The Los Angeles Council of Religious Leaders will join the faithful of Los Angeles to commemorate this historic event.<\/p>\n<p>The multilingual Mass includes music performed by Italian and Polish soloists, in honor of both Popes,\u00a0and the Cathedral Choir. \u00a0There are two cantors, one Italian and one Polish in honor of the two new saints, at this Mass. (Paul Puccinelli, Music Director of St. Rita Church, is the Italian cantor invited to sing at this special Mass.)<\/p>\n<p>The Mass coincides with the canonization earlier that day in Rome of Blessed Pope John XXIII, who was\u00a0pope from 1958-1963, and Blessed Pope John Paul II, who was pope from 1978-2005, the second\u00a0longest-serving Pope in history.<\/p>\n<p>A special chapel containing images and relics of the two newest saints will be available for viewing by\u00a0the public as well inside the Cathedral.\u00a0Visit<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.archla.org\/live\"> http:\/\/www.archla.org\/live<\/a><\/strong> for a live webcast of the Mass of Thanksgiving.
