Sierra Madre Swears in New Police Chief

Twenty-eight year Sierra Madre Police Force veteran Lt. Wayne Bailey was sworn in as the new Sierra Madre Chief of Police on Oct. 9th, 2000 at the Sierra Madre City Council Meeting.  A large contingent of Officers observed the ceremony, and Chief Bailey was joined by many members of his family, including sons Kyle and Brandon, who are officers in the Azusa Police Dept. and will now be working for outgoing Sierra Madre Police Chief King Davis.
