Kiwanis/Community Services Dept. Costume Contest On Saturday, Oct. 30th, Sierra Madre Kiwanis and the Community Services Dept. sponsored the annual City Costume Contest.  The festivities were hosted by Sierra Madre School teach Lisa Spigai-Perez.  Special thanks to the judges, City Councilmember  Tonja Torres, and Kiwanians Michael Minehart, Shirley Anhalt, Harriet Lyle and Pat Birdsall.  Prizes were awarded to 3 winners in each age group.  Click to enlarge the photos.
