Posted 10/4/12 – Radio Fishbowl is getting involved in the upcoming election, with shows designed to help educate folks about candidates and Measure ALF, the initiative that will decide if the Kensington Assisted Living Facility can be built downtown.

On next Tuesday’s “Canterbury Tales” at noon, host Carol Canterbury has invited Billy Shields of the Kensington project to be her guest to discuss the measure that will be on the November 6th ballot.  Voters will be asked if they want to exempt the two parcels on which the project sits from Measure V requirements on density in order to allow it to be built.  Mr. Shields has agreed to be there.

And on Gene Goss’s “Village Intersections,”  Goss will be interviewing Republican Candidate for the 25th Senate District Gil Gonzales on Friday the 5th at Noon, and on Friday, October 19  his guest will be the incumbent Senator Democrat Carol Liu. Both interviews will be live and unedited and will have a local focus. After the shows replay once on the following Saturdays at Noon,  they will be available in mp3/podcast archive files for easy access and listening.

You can hear all three shows by visiting www.RadioFishbowl.com at the appointed hour…
