Just got off the phone with Desk Officer Wiggins at SMPD who tells me that all streets (including Skyland) are clear, no closures due to mud from the rain. According to Wunderground.com, the Sierra Madre station just west of Baldwin Ave. on Alegria Ave. has received .74″ of rain today.
