Press Release posted 11/18/12 – Stop by the Civic Club’s annual Christmas Shoppe for beautiful hand made knitted and crocheted gift items. There are things for every member of the family from beautiful, soft baby blankets, to trendy hats, scarves and gloves. You’ll find practical, as well as decorative, items for home like felted potholders and dish cloths. The Shoppe booth will be open in Kersting Ct. the night of Who Ville. It will move to the Curves lobby (47 W. Sierra Madre Blvd.) from November 26 – 30 (until 4 p.m.), and then to Foothill HomeCare Partners, Inc. (78 W. Sierra Madre Blvd.) on November 30 (5–8p.m.) and December 1 (11 a.m.– 4 p.m.). Shop early for gifts for everyone on your list! These are gifts that give twice, once to a friend or loved one, and once to the community as all the proceeds go toward the Civic Club’s scholarship and community grant programs.
