SMPD reports that all roads are open, and we remain on Green Flag. Wunderground.com is showing a temperature of 48.4 (oddly, it’s going up, I saw it as low as 47.1 earlier this evening), and we’ve received 2.09″ of rain since midnight. Those of you that are snow watchers, it would appear that the temperature is not cooperating. Who’s to say though, we still have several hours of night left. You never know.
