Bill Sullivan, Sr. Passes Away

Posted 9/22/11 – Bill Sullivan, Sr., longtime Sierra Madrean, owner of Sierra Madre Self-Storage, former owner of the Bottle Shop, and one of the founding members of Sierra Madre City College, passed away Wednesday morning at the age of 82.  He is survived by his wife, Marie, two sons, Bill, Jr. and Dan, and a daughter, Kathy Copeland, as well as seven grandchildren.  Services are pending.

Around 1:30am,  the Bottle Shop Facebook page posted the following statement: “Sometime early Wednesday morning we at The Bottleshop lost our beloved founder and family member William Sullivan SR. He was a great man who worked hard and made something of himself and his legacy will last forever.”
