Arboretum Horticulturist Marc Hall will be program presenter at Sierra Madre Garden Club’s dinner meeting on March 14, at 6pm, to be held in Memorial Park Hart Senior Center, 222 W. Sierra Madre Blvd.. Hall will speak on growing backyard berries and a variety of Arboretum plants.
He is a graduate of Cal Poly Pomona, was in the nursery trade for fifteen years before joining the Arboretum staff in 2000.
The public is welcome to attend. Dinner reservations are $9.00 for the catered dinner, with reservations needed and available by calling 355-0606. Anyone wishing to come just for the program is also most welcome, no reservation needed. It is suggested you arrive by 6:45pm.
