Posted 7/14/13 – For the last few years, the Sierra Madre Chamber of Commerce has had a dunk tank in the park as a fundraiser during the 4th of July festivities. You can see pictures of people in the dunk tanks by clicking here and here. Below is a video of folks in the tank, including the City’s volunteer coordinator De Alcorn, City staffer James Carlson, City Council member John Harabedian, PUSD’s Fred Thomas and City staffer Kyle Schnurr. Great Video. Looks like this was the first smashing of De’s toes against the tank wall.
You know, De is not the only person I’ve heard with that complaint. I also heard complaints last year. Maybe they need to look at getting a different tank next year…
