According to Watch Commander Sgt. Paul Monforte, as of 6:35am, the City is on “No Flag” status as far as rain and mudflow goes, and there are no street closures to report. Just got off the phone with Desk Officer Wiggins at SMPD who tells me that all streets (including Skyland) are clear, no closures due to mud from the rain. According to Wunderground.com, the Sierra Madre station just west of Baldwin Ave. on Alegria Ave. has received .74″ of rain today.
