Lucky Baldwin's Delirium Pub & Cafe Holds Grand Opening/Ribbon Cutting

Thursday, April 27, 2006

The official Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting for Lucky Baldwin's Delirium Pub & Cafe was held Thursday, April 27th at 5:30pm.  Special guest Alain Delaet, owner of the Huyghe Brewery (Delirium Tremens) was here from Belgium, and thanked Lucky Baldwin co-owners David Farnworth and Peggy Simonian for providing a venue for the introduction of his new Apple Beer .  Throughout the evening, there was free food (fish and chips, fried cheese, chicken strips, and finger foods) as well as special prices on pints, and gift bags for all in attendance.  Each gift bag featured a bottle of Affligen Blonde Beer, a special Delirium Tremens snifter, a Lucky Baldwin bumper sticker, bottle openers, pens and more.  David opened the largest bottle of beer I've ever seen to christen the pub.  Click on the links in the following table to view videos, and in the table below that one, click on a picture to view a larger version of it.
